The screens are used to display images for presenters or to demonstrate content. Depending on the conference room size, each participant's space can be equipped with a duplicate display — LCD motorized or a desktop monitor.

Motorized PTZ video cameras are automatically focused on the speaker and ensure consistent switching during image transmission from different cameras (i.e. images change instantaneously, unnoticed to the human eye without the black-video wipe, freezing or delays).

Video-conferencing, or VC, ensures connecting distance participants with images displayed on the screens, and acoustics provides comfortable and even sound signal perception.

For quality speech sound amplification, a digital conference system with individual microphones for each participant is used. In most cases gooseneck microphones are applied. They have a color status indicator to simplify understanding if the microphone is active or not. However, other types of microphone remotes are used.

Video switching implies consistent input switching, ability to connect laptops via specifically made hatches, as well as BYOD devices to demonstrate mobile phones, tablets and laptops' content if wireless connection is allowed.

Acoustic systems are created depending on space design and architectural nuances, so that each participant could hear the presenter distinctly both in the conference room and through distance connection. If necessary, the conference room is equipped with a poll system with or without graphic display of the poll results on the collective device. Centralized system controls operations of the entire equipment complex with the help of a single central control device.
