In this zone the incoming information is collected, structured and analyzed. Specialists work in a specifically designed space that allows to collectively process information in real time. Also, operators have access to data from various time periods for swift analysis and outlook drafting.

The hall where executive decisions are made. Key decision-makers, as well as the delegates, come up with the final decision based on the information received from the analytical center, i.e., based on processed data. This zone implies individual sitting spaces for delegates, center head, speaker, and invited participants and experts.

Press center implies holding meetings of a certain format with members of the press. The hall has special equipment with options to hold press conferences, present information on a single display, with sound amplifiers and control systems.

This zone implies holding private meetings and discussions. The zone has to be isolated from the main hall by "smart" glass that changes its transparency, or is located in a separate space. The equipment allows to be up to date with the ongoing situation on any collectively used display, to video conference with distance participants and make decisions.

A control room is a space where a staff of operators collectively ensure constant monitoring operations of all the object's elements. In case of emergency operators immediately react to arising situations, which allows to speed up getting back to business as usual, and the control room makes а decision and assumes strategic management. The equipment includes special automated systems for data collection, analysis and management in various oil and gas, transport, energy, military, and government infrastructures.

ABOUT SERVICE

Operators work 24/7 and overlook massive amounts of data via special software on personal stations with a collectiely used display – a video wall. When designing this zone special attention is paid to operators' workspaces, where features of every station is analysed regarding its placement to the video wall.

Usually, on the side opposite to the central display the shift supervisor space is located. The supervisor makes executive decisions, and coordinates actions of the shift. These premises are equipped with personal video-conferencing systems for timely discussions with distance participants regarding the arising situations.

A server room is an isolated space with equipment stands where central switchboard is located, as well as servers, uninterruptible power supply (UPS) units, data centers and other equipment. These spaces require consistent independent ventilation and air conditioner with fire extinguishing systems.
